What happens next

A member of Acorns to Oaks reaches out, usually within one business day, to hear about your family and answer your questions.

Once our clinical team is in place, our own Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will complete the assessment and write the treatment plan with you. Billing will be handled directly by Acorns to Oaks, and we will review costs and payment options with you in writing before services begin.

From there, sessions would begin at home with your RBT, following our BCBA's plan — with you on the team.
